Richemont is hiring an Executive Assistant, Finance & Accounting in New York to support senior finance leadership with executive administration and coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior Finance & Accounting leaders, including complex calendar management and prioritisation of competing demands.
  • Coordinate international travel, visas and itineraries; manage logistics for extended business trips and on-site visits.
  • Prepare, edit and distribute executive-level communications, board and committee materials, presentations and confidential correspondence.
  • Own expense, invoice and reimbursement processes in collaboration with finance teams; ensure timetables and documentation meet internal controls.
  • Serve as central liaison between finance leadership and cross-functional partners (legal, HR, tax, external advisors), escalating issues and following through to resolution.
  • Organise and run executive meetings and off-sites, including agenda development, minute-taking, action tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Support discrete projects and special initiatives for the F&A function, maintaining strict confidentiality and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Proven discretion handling highly confidential information and dealings with senior executives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished document and presentation preparation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with expense and travel systems preferred.
