Richemont seeks an Executive Assistant in Dubai to support the CFO with strategic administrative, organizational, and communication responsibilities across the MEIAT region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the CFO's calendar and schedule appointments, coordinating meetings and logistics with all Maisons and Geneva headquarters
  • Organize and coordinate business trips and MEIAT visits for Richemont headquarters or Maisons headquarters visitors, ensuring professional guest reception and logistics management
  • Schedule and coordinate multiple annual meetings including MEIA Board meetings, BU meetings, Townhalls, Market Business Reviews, Finance Townhalls, and quarterly conferences
  • Prepare reports, verbal and written correspondence, and meeting minutes on behalf of the CFO
  • Draft and develop PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with other departments
  • Maintain and organize corporate documents, records, and filing systems with high levels of discretion
  • Manage departmental budgets including Management Department Travel & Expense and UAE Finance department budgets
  • Submit and validate CFO and direct reports' expense reports in compliance systems
  • Facilitate internal communications between the CFO, direct reports, Maisons teams, and headquarters
  • Coordinate team meetings, team-building activities, and departmental announcements with HR
  • Serve as key contact and facilitator between CFO and regional/international leadership teams
  • Manage special regional projects and corporate initiatives as directed by the CFO
  • Support Finance talent program organization, planning, and logistics

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional attitude with exceptional integrity and discretion
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and priorities

Experience

8 to 10 years as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a luxury goods, finance, or multinational corporate environment. Demonstrated experience managing multiple executive calendars, coordinating complex regional and international meetings, and handling sensitive financial or strategic information.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
