Richemont seeks an Executive Assistant in Dubai to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and board materials
- Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive administrative matters with discretion
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive-level administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple languages
