Events Trainee at Richemont in Milan, Italy. Support luxury events coordination, logistics, and high jewelry activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the events team in daily activities for all local activations and projects from ideation through production and post-event execution
- Coordinate high jewelry events programs, including venue selection, room and travel bookings, and material delivery (showcases, champagne, promotional materials)
- Manage event logistics and maintain the annual events calendar
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate the event planning and execution process
- Measure and monitor event effectiveness through mail follow-ups and feedback sessions with product managers, CRM, merchandising, retail/wholesale, and sales teams
- Prepare competitive analysis reports and market intelligence for all activities
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Well-organized with strong multi-tasking capabilities
