Richemont Events Manager role in Dubai. Plan and execute luxury brand events, product launches, and exclusive client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop event strategies aligned with brand objectives and client requirements
- Manage all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget control
- Oversee event production and on-site management to ensure seamless execution and premium guest experience
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, venues, and external partners
- Prepare comprehensive event proposals and post-event reports with KPI analysis
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, retail, and communications teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of event management experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or prestige brand environments
- Proven track record of successfully executing high-budget, high-profile events
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (preferred)

Education
