Van Cleef & Arpels Events Manager position in Dubai. Lead luxury event planning and execution across the region for the prestigious jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual events strategy and calendar in alignment with the Maison's business objectives
- Plan and deliver exceptional events on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards reflecting the Maison's excellence
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and cross-functional teams to create engaging client and business experiences
- Manage multiple event projects simultaneously from concept through execution, ensuring seamless coordination
- Lead and support event teams, external agencies, and suppliers to achieve operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
- Manage event budgets, conduct supplier negotiations, and maintain rigorous cost control while maximizing value
- Monitor project performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures
- Contribute innovative ideas to elevate the Maison's events and client experiences
