Van Cleef & Arpels seeks 4 Events Coordination Interns in Paris to assist with international event projects and coordination; 6-month full-time internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor international events from conception through implementation in close collaboration with headquarters departments and the Maison's partners
- Assist the events project manager with daily operations and oversee various projects throughout their lifecycle
- Support market development teams with localized project execution
- Manage logistics, operations, administrative, and financial tracking for assigned events
- Liaise between international headquarters teams and local market partners to ensure seamless event delivery
Qualifications
- Passion for the jewelry and watchmaking industry and commitment to advancing the Maison's international presence
- Interest in developing and deepening competencies in international event project management
- Fascination with the history and universe of Van Cleef & Arpels
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
