Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute luxury brand events, product launches, and client experiences
  • Coordinate with venues, caterers, florists, and external vendors to ensure flawless event delivery
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics from conception through post-event analysis
  • Oversee guest registration, seating arrangements, and on-site event operations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, marketing, and retail teams to align events with brand objectives
  • Manage event documentation, photography, and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience coordinating high-end events or luxury brand activations
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
