Cartier Events & VIP Experience Coordinator Intern in Paris — 6-month internship supporting event production and luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Compile and disseminate trend research across the events team and cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Monitor logistics and operational aspects of events, including vendor negotiations, briefings, and invitations
  • Research and coordinate bespoke experiences for clients, press, influencers, celebrities and internal staff
  • Participate in developing experience programs and manage client and press treatment for local and international events
  • Independently handle ad-hoc requests for local client experiences such as restaurant reservations, visits and gifting
  • Track budgets and manage event invoicing and billing
  • Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, retroplanning documents and reporting materials
  • Support service presentations and create internal event documentation and reporting
  • Develop briefing documents for external vendors and service providers
  • Conduct iconographic and inspirational research for event concepts
  • Manage operational logistics including invoicing follow-up, courier requests, gift inventory and shipment tracking
  • Participate in competitive intelligence gathering across fashion shows, events, publications, retail environments and design, identifying luxury sector trends

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Business School, Fashion, Communication or Luxury Hospitality program (Bac+4 or Bac+5 level)
  • Strong creative sensitivity combined with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Prior experience in events, communications or luxury hospitality preferred
  • Genuine interest in the luxury, horology and jewelry sectors highly valued
  • Demonstrated rigor, proactivity, creativity and autonomy
  • Strong relational skills, collaborative mindset and service-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage stress effectively and work flexibly within a fast-paced environment
