A. Lange & Söhne seeks an Events & PR/Media Intern in Berlin for a six-month internship or 20h/week working-student role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the European Marketing team with primary focus on event management, supplemented by PR and media responsibilities
- Assist with planning, organization, guest management, and execution of events including boutique openings, product launches, and customer activations
- Coordinate and manage external service providers such as agencies, photographers, and catering vendors within event contexts
- Develop and conceptualize event strategies aligned with commercial objectives such as customer acquisition and loyalty building
- Research and analyze emerging trends and industry best practices
- Contribute creative ideas and perspectives to brainstorming sessions
- Advise boutiques across the European market on planning and implementing seasonal and local events
- Initiate and implement measures for continuous optimization of marketing processes and event workflows, including development of guidelines and templates
- Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders, often in connection with event projects
- Contribute to the conception and execution of press and media outreach activities
- Brief and coordinate PR and media agencies as well as internal contact points
- Track and report on communication activities and results using internal tools, including post-event analysis
- Support the planning and implementation of media plans and their optimization
- Research media trends, emerging channels, key opinion leaders, and content formats
Qualifications
- Currently studying or graduated in business administration, marketing, event management, communications, or a comparable discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for and understanding of luxury goods and high-end watchmaking
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Organizational talent, creativity, and proactive work approach
- High learning aptitude and strong teamwork capabilities
