Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of monthly CRM campaigns aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives
- Organize personalized client experiences, private appointments, and boutique-level activations
- Create seasonal and bespoke product catalogues tailored to market assortment
- Consolidate and report monthly KPIs on the CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates
- Extract monthly client birthday lists and coordinate client treatments with boutiques
- Manage CRM data and perform client reassignments as needed
- Coordinate and execute all in-store and external events and activations, ensuring seamless delivery
- Source and manage suppliers, vendors, venues, and talent while adhering to budget allocations and Maison standards
- Liaise with headquarters (CRM, Visual Merchandising, Events teams) to obtain event approvals and ensure alignment with global guidelines
- Oversee operational requirements including permits, logistics, supplier deliveries, and store set-up
- Capture event content and prepare comprehensive post-event reports with qualitative feedback and performance metrics
- Liaison with PR agencies on sample requests for editorial shoots and partnerships
- Collect and consolidate monthly PR performance reports for regional reporting
- Coordinate with the Merchandising team to identify key investment pieces and share assortment with PR for press sample selection
- Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking across CRM initiatives, client experiences, events, and media activities
- Perform market research on competitor brands and identify regional trends and best practices
- Raise and monitor IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues
- Coordinate setup of new boutiques on ViewApp and Rendez-vous platforms
- Manage user access requests for new joiners and coordinate access modifications across retail systems
- Create and manage vendor records, purchase orders, amendments, and extensions
- Coordinate invoice submission and follow up on payment status with Finance
- Maintain organized records of all advertising and promotion invoices
