Vacheron Constantin (Richemont) seeks an Event Supervisor in Seoul to oversee luxury client events, on-site operations and VIP hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute in-store and private client events in Seoul that reinforce the brand's heritage and commercial objectives.
- Lead the on-site events team and brief cross-functional partners (sales, clienteling, marketing, visual merchandising, security and external vendors) to ensure flawless delivery.
- Manage venue logistics, supplier selection and vendor contracts, including catering, AV, floral, transportation and guest services.
- Create and maintain detailed run sheets, seating plans, guest lists and VIP protocols; oversee guest reception, hospitality and discreet service standards during events.
- Ensure brand presentation and compliance with health, safety and venue regulations; supervise setup, breakdown and inventory control of event assets.
- Control event budgets, authorise expenditures within delegation, and produce post-event reports with attendance metrics and qualitative client feedback.
- Coordinate invitations, RSVP management and follow-up communications in partnership with clienteling/CRM to maximise conversion and nurture relationships.
- Represent the maison on-site with impeccable discretion and service orientation toward high-net-worth clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, events management, communications or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams in fast-paced, high-end environments with strong organisational skills.
- Proven aptitude for vendor negotiation, budget management and logistics coordination for live events.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and a service-first attitude suited to high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering events or experiential activations in luxury retail, high-end hospitality or agency settings, including supervisory responsibility for teams and vendors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, events management, communications or equivalent professional experience.
