Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an International Events Manager for high jewelry events in Paris. Lead global event development and deployment with this luxury maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop event guidelines and supporting materials in coordination with internal and external stakeholders across jewelry and high jewelry event initiatives
- Supervise the international deployment of event concepts to ensure market alignment and adherence to brand standards
- Lead event concepts from conception through market deployment, collaborating with headquarters departments (Marketing, Retail, Communication) and local teams
- Oversee coordination between internal teams and external service providers, managing legal, administrative, and financial aspects
- Consolidate and maintain coordination and communication tools for the international events department; prepare reporting and performance analysis of assigned events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event project management, ideally within luxury goods or fine jewelry sectors
- Demonstrated creative sensibility with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with organizational rigor and priority management
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills in international, cross-functional environments
