Van Cleef & Arpels: Events Manager role in Singapore. Lead luxury brand events and activations across SEA with cross-functional project management expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual events calendar, including client events, product launches, exhibitions, and strategic brand activations, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and alignment with Maison standards
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from proposal development and stakeholder alignment to execution and post-event evaluation, while overseeing project plans, timelines, risks, and governance
- Partner with local, Regional, and headquarters stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and successful project execution
- Manage event agencies, venues, and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences, negotiate optimal solutions, and continuously identify opportunities to enhance event delivery through market best practices
- Monitor project budgets, procurement, and financial governance, while evaluating event performance through post-event reporting and implementing continuous improvements based on insights and key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in event management and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders within an international organization
- Proven experience in the luxury retail sector or high-end hospitality
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience managing external agencies, vendors, and project budgets
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support event execution
