Richemont Paris seeks an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute luxury brand events and activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive, plan, and execute events of varying scale and complexity, from intimate product launches to large-scale brand activations
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or brand standards
- Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, communications, retail, and creative teams to align event strategy with commercial and brand objectives
- Oversee logistics, venue selection, design, catering, and technical production to ensure flawless event delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and service providers
- Monitor event performance metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve programming and execution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for all events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event management within luxury, fashion, or hospitality sectors
- Proven track record planning and executing premium events with budgets exceeding €100,000
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of luxury brand positioning
- Advanced communication and relationship management skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office suite
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event management, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or premium hospitality sectors. Prior experience coordinating events with international scope and complex logistics is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience in event production.
