Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately ten collaborators including two Group Heads and Project Managers, setting activity priorities and ensuring optimal resource allocation to support the Maison's strategic ambitions
- Uphold excellence and consistency across all event initiatives, maintaining rigorous standards in both conception and execution across multiple product categories
- Facilitate seamless collaboration with internal partners, external vendors, and market representatives, providing strategic, organizational, and operational arbitration as required for project success
- Mentor managers and team members, develop organizational talent, and evolve working methodologies and expertise within the Events department to align with the Maison's evolving priorities
Qualifications
- Significant experience directing events within demanding luxury environments where client experience and execution excellence are paramount
- Demonstrated track record planning and executing large-scale international events with proven team leadership capability
- Refined aesthetic sensibility coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Recognized leadership ability with capacity to unite diverse stakeholders and arbitrate within complex environments
- Fluent English proficiency and ease navigating international settings
