Richemont Event Intern – Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. Support luxury brand events and corporate hospitality experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, product launches, and client hospitality experiences
- Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor communications, and timeline coordination
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and guest experience management
- Prepare event materials, invitations, signage, and promotional collateral
- Track event budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial parameters
- Conduct post-event follow-up and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in luxury brand experiences or corporate events
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities

Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a tertiary degree programme in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent field of study.
