Richemont Event Intern in Meyrin, Switzerland – gain hands-on luxury event experience in a prestigious multinational group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of luxury brand events, product launches, and corporate experiences
- Assist with logistics coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and timeline development
- Conduct research on event venues, suppliers, and services to support decision-making processes
- Help coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure event requirements are met
- Manage event-related documentation, including contracts, budgets, and vendor communications
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, guest coordination, and troubleshooting
- Support post-event analysis, including feedback collection and performance metrics documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities in English and/or French
- Familiarity with event planning tools and software
- Understanding of luxury brand values and ultra-luxury hospitality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments
Skills
Experience
0-2 years of experience or student with academic focus on event management, hospitality, or related disciplines. Prior internship experience in events, hospitality, or marketing is preferred but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
