Richemont Events & Marketing Intern position in Geneva. Support luxury brand activations and campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the conception and execution of brand activation campaigns and product launch events
- Assist in event logistics coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and timeline development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and event positioning
- Manage internal and external communications, including invitations, press releases, and post-event follow-up
- Contribute to social media content creation and campaign promotion across digital channels
- Support the development of event budgets and track expenditures against approved allocations
- Maintain comprehensive event files and documentation for future reference and reporting
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or additional languages is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with marketing platforms or CRM systems
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing initiatives
- Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Experience with event coordination, marketing campaigns, or brand communications is preferred, though not required. Internship or volunteer work in marketing, communications, or event planning would be advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
