Richemont Europe FP&A Controller position in Meyrin. Lead regional financial planning, analysis, and strategic reporting for the luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives across European operations
- Develop and maintain consolidated budgets and rolling forecasts for regional business units
- Conduct variance analysis and variance investigations to explain performance deviations
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholder review
- Collaborate with business units to ensure financial forecasting accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage financial systems and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
- Support year-end close procedures and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate accounting
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong proficiency with financial planning software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to build complex financial models
- Experience with consolidated reporting and multi-entity financial structures
- Knowledge of luxury goods or high-end retail sector preferred
Skills
Experience
5–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury roles within multinational organizations. Experience managing multi-entity P&L, coordinating across regional finance teams, and supporting senior management reporting highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline. CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification preferred.
