Richemont seeks FP&A Controller for Europe region in Meyrin, Geneva, managing financial planning and analysis across luxury Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate, review, and challenge local forecasts for European markets to ensure alignment with Maison HQ and regional management guidelines
- Prepare and deliver analytical reviews of actual results versus forecasts, engaging stakeholders to understand and correct deviations while providing business commentary
- Consolidate full P&L and cash flow items for defined Maison scopes across Europe wholesale operations
- Coordinate quarterly budget adjustments with stakeholders and communicate forecasts and gap analysis to Maisons HQ
- Perform monthly analytical reviews on P&L and cash flow items and report results to Maisons' headquarters
- Support monthly management reporting processes by uploading, reconciling, and validating actual results for accurate consolidation
- Ensure accurate financial closing in compliance with IFRS standards through various checks, corrections, and validations
- Present annual budgets to Maison Executive Committees alongside Europe Management
- Act as a strategic business partner to Maison leadership, strengthening cross-functional relationships
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency
- Participate in controlling projects including system automation, digitalization initiatives, and cash flow optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in Finance, FP&A, controlling, or audit
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in SAP and Business Warehouse systems
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Fluency in English
- Experience in the luxury industry preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in Finance, with specialization in FP&A, controlling, or audit functions. Experience within the luxury sector is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
