Richemont — Europe FP&A Controller in Meyrin, Switzerland. Lead regional FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial control for the European business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end FP&A for the European region: lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts and rolling forecasts in alignment with group processes.
- Prepare and present monthly management reporting and variance analysis to regional and group stakeholders, translating financial performance into business insights and action plans.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, margin improvement and investment decisions.
- Coordinate consolidation and reporting of regional figures into group systems; ensure accuracy and timeliness for month‑end and close activities.
- Partner with commercial, operations and treasury teams to track KPIs, monitor cash flow and support working-capital optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and internal controls; contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Mentor and interface with local finance teams across European markets to harmonise practices and elevate reporting quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; a master’s degree or relevant professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of FP&A disciplines, financial modelling and corporate reporting; strong command of accounting standards (IFRS).
- Proven ability to synthesise complex data into concise management reporting and to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; working proficiency in French highly desirable given the Meyrin/Geneva location.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working across cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Experience
Typically requires 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or financial controlling experience within multinational organisations; experience in luxury goods, retail or consumer goods and exposure to European markets is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a closely related discipline; master’s degree or professional finance qualification preferred.
