Vacheron Constantin Geneva seeks Europe Client Relationship Manager to manage VIC/VVIC clients and drive high-value watch sales across the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive qualitative high-value and Les Cabinotiers sales in alignment with Maison strategy and scarcity guidelines, managing comprehensive VIC/VVIC client portfolios across the Europe region
- Develop new client networks and recruit high-net-worth individuals through off-site activities; refer prospects to boutiques in their home markets and support their complete client journey
- Orchestrate exceptional hospitality experiences at the Geneva Manufacture and regional locations, hosting VIC/VVIC clients during dinners, events, fairs, and dedicated activations in collaboration with the HQ Hospitality team
- Provide hands-on support to Boutique Managers within the Europe region, coaching and developing sales teams to expand the VIC/VVIC client base and ensure consistent, premium service standards
- Manage client complaints and deliver tailored solutions; share post-activity analyses and reports with markets for localized follow-up and continuous relationship refinement
- Serve as brand ambassador at local, regional, and international Maison events; contribute to enriching the client experience offering and advising other Client Relationship Managers and sales teams on hospitality best practices
- Contribute to the daily administration of the Manufacture Salon-Boutique, including invoicing, shipping, after-sales service, inventory, and stock management in full compliance with Maison and Richemont guidelines
- Develop and execute yearly action plans to recruit new clients and cultivate existing high-value relationships; identify market opportunities, propose strategic initiatives, and (re-)activate dormant VIC/VVIC clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of proven sales experience with demonstrated track record in VIC/VVIC client acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury market, including watchmaking, jewelry brands, luxury fashion trends, and current industry developments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a refined sense of discretion, client privacy, and Maison confidentiality
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages highly valued
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake frequent international travel

A minimum of 10+ years of progressive sales experience with proven excellence in acquiring, engaging, and retaining VIC and VVIC clientele through strategic partnerships. Demonstrated expertise in managing high-value client relationships within the luxury sector, with particular strength in building boutique and retail network support structures. Experience orchestrating bespoke client experiences and hospitality initiatives for ultra-high-net-worth individuals is essential.
Education
