Richemont ESG Specialist in Geneva: develop and drive sustainability strategy across the luxury conglomerate's global brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive ESG and sustainability strategies aligned with Richemont's corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving environmental, social, and governance regulations and reporting standards across jurisdictions
- Collaborate with brand leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders to identify and implement sustainability improvements
- Prepare ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and impact assessments for internal and external communications
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments to prioritize ESG initiatives and address investor and customer concerns
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in ESG framework development and implementation
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of luxury goods industry dynamics and supply chain sustainability challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management and analytical capabilities
Skills
Experience
5+ years of professional experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related governance functions, ideally within the luxury goods, retail, or fashion sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSR/ESG credential) preferred.
