Richemont ESG Specialist in Geneva: develop and drive sustainability strategy across the luxury conglomerate's global brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ESG and sustainability strategies aligned with Richemont's corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving environmental, social, and governance regulations and reporting standards across jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with brand leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders to identify and implement sustainability improvements
  • Prepare ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and impact assessments for internal and external communications
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments to prioritize ESG initiatives and address investor and customer concerns

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in ESG framework development and implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of luxury goods industry dynamics and supply chain sustainability challenges
