Role & Responsibilities
- Animate and deploy ESG governance and initiatives across the maison
- Guide teams in implementing ESG best practices and coordinate cross-functional sustainability projects
- Collaborate with other departments on sustainability matters such as responsible sourcing
- Develop internal communications and training programs on sustainability topics
- Deploy ESG tools and frameworks, including Group policies, throughout the organization
- Support the maison's RJC COP certification through audits, monitoring, and ad hoc compliance controls
- Lead ESG reporting and compliance projects
- Establish sustainability performance indicators and measurement tools to track the maison's ESG performance
