Richemont Engraver position in Grand Prairie, Texas—personalize luxury watches, jewelry, and accessories with precision engraving and embossing expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review all engraving and embossing orders and apply appropriate methods to personalize luxury products according to client and Maison specifications
- Assess product design and reference Maison engraving and embossing specifications, including font selection from Maison catalogs and precise placement
- Organize workflow to meet outbound and processing speed metrics while ensuring consistent output quality
- Maintain and operate all machinery effectively and safely, determining and adjusting machine settings for accuracy, reproduction, and repeatability
- Measure and compute dimensions of lettering and design elements for proper placement and alignment
- Register incoming and completed work via SAP system
- Communicate timely and substantively with Maisons on engraving and embossing inquiries and feasibility assessments
- Assess custom designs and logos for engraving feasibility and quality; create mock-ups for Maison and client design approval
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in adherence with 5S expectations and company policies
- Perform standing and walking work throughout 8–12 hour shifts while meeting performance targets; remain flexible for training, peak seasons, and special projects
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with engraving or embossing machinery
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Intermediate proficiency with desktop computer systems
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurements
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Autonomous, organized, and rigorous work approach in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated attention to detail and consistent accuracy in task execution
- Strong communication skills with local and external teams, Maisons, and support personnel
- Ability to work effectively within team environments and adapt to flexible scheduling requirements
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating engraving and embossing machinery in a manufacturing or luxury goods environment. Experience with Warehouse Management systems or inventory tracking software is advantageous; familiarity with SAP is particularly valued.
Education
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
