Richemont seeks an Endpoint Automation Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal to design and implement IT automation solutions for global operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support automations and custom applications across the IT infrastructure
- Develop and package full-stack solutions, including expertise in fat application packaging for product enhancements
- Execute problem and change management activities in accordance with KPIs and SLAs
- Drive innovation and plan activities using agile mindset and tools
- Handle operational and troubleshooting work related to application scripting and delivery systems
- Monitor and measure services and infrastructure used by the team
- Support and perform administration, maintenance, and support actions for the EndPoint Solutions automation infrastructure
- Ensure IT security compliance in all aspects of work and maintain assigned platform stability, evolution, and sustainability
- Maintain processes, documentation, and tasks related to all technologies and tools
- Establish and maintain monitoring, proactive reporting, and health/capacity management for solutions
- Advocate for Endpoint Automation services and provide support documentation to IT stakeholders
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within and beyond the immediate team through presentations, coaching sessions, and knowledge-sharing practices
- Raise and actively participate in product enhancement and remediation actions
- Identify and foster technical and non-technical innovation while alerting to associated risks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT developer
- Solid experience with at least two or more of the following technologies: Automation Platforms (UiPath, Power Platform), Scripting Languages (PowerShell and/or Python, Pester), Microsoft Ecosystem (SQL database, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Exchange), Development Workflow tools (GitLab, JIRA), PSAppDeployToolkit, Endpoint management platforms (Intune, Workspace One), Windows Server, and Client platforms (Windows 10-11, macOS, iOS)
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
- Working experience with ITSM/ITIL as an IT operator
- Familiarity with problem and change management processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and seek help when needed
- Strong team player with an inquisitive mindset
- Excellent technical English proficiency (both written and spoken)

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an IT developer, with demonstrated expertise in endpoint automation, scripting languages, and infrastructure administration. Experience working in large international environments and with multi-cultural teams is favorable. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of designing and delivering automation solutions, managing IT service operations, and driving technical innovation.
Education
Minimum Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

The successful candidate will be located in Moscavide, Lisbon, Portugal, with easy access to Lisbon.
