Richemont is hiring an Endpoint Automation Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal to build and operate automated endpoint provisioning and management pipelines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain automated workflows for endpoint provisioning, image deployment and lifecycle management across Windows and macOS fleets.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and toolchains (PowerShell, Ansible, configuration management, CI/CD) to orchestrate deployments, patching and configuration drift remediation.
- Integrate endpoint management solutions with identity and security services (Azure AD, Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr, MDM) and ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
- Operate and tune tooling for software distribution, telemetry collection and automated remediation; create and maintain monitoring and alerting for endpoint health.
- Collaborate with IT operations, security, desktop support and application teams to validate changes, run pilots and automate runbooks for repeatable operational tasks.
- Produce clear technical documentation, runbooks and architectural diagrams; drive continuous improvement and automation best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven expertise in scripting and automation (PowerShell required; familiarity with Python, Bash or Ansible an asset).
- Hands‑on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr and Autopilot.
- Strong understanding of identity services (Azure AD) and endpoint security platforms (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or equivalent).
- Demonstrable competence in CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work across global teams and multilingual environments.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in endpoint engineering, automation or systems engineering, ideally within enterprise or multi‑brand environments supporting large desktop/laptop fleets.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Moscavide, Lisbon, Portugal, with easy access to Lisbon.
