Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain end-point and workplace computing infrastructure across retail and corporate locations
  • Manage hardware provisioning, imaging, and lifecycle management for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Support and troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and compliance standards across distributed systems
