Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain end-point and workplace computing infrastructure across retail and corporate locations
- Manage hardware provisioning, imaging, and lifecycle management for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Support and troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and compliance standards across distributed systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize system performance, security patches, and software distribution
