Richemont seeks an International Employer Branding Intern in Meyrin to support recruitment marketing and talent communications initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Assist in creating engaging content for recruitment marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research on industry talent trends and competitor employer branding strategies
- Collaborate with HR, communications, and recruitment teams to enhance employer value proposition
- Manage social media content and monitor engagement metrics related to employer branding efforts
- Support the organisation of employer branding events and campus recruitment activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in human resources, marketing, communications, or related field
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Mandarin preferred)
- Demonstrated interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment

No prior professional experience required; relevant internship experience or university project involvement in HR, marketing, or communications is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, communications, business administration, or a related discipline.
