Richemont EHS and Maintenance Officer role in Paris—health & safety compliance and facilities management for luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and procedures aligned with Richemont standards and French regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations across production areas and workshop facilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment, artisanal tools, and facility infrastructure
- Oversee compliance with occupational health regulations, accident prevention protocols, and incident reporting
- Coordinate training and awareness programs for staff on safety procedures, equipment handling, and emergency protocols
- Maintain detailed maintenance records, safety documentation, and regulatory compliance files
- Liaise with external safety auditors, regulatory authorities, and maintenance contractors as required
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in EHS, occupational health and safety, or facility management
- Demonstrated knowledge of French and European workplace safety regulations (Code du Travail, COSHH equivalents)
- Experience in manufacturing or artisanal production environments with complex equipment
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and digital safety documentation tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multilevel organizational structures

Experience
3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in EHS management, maintenance operations, or facility oversight, ideally within luxury manufacturing, artisanal production, or heritage craftsmanship sectors. Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing safety protocols and reducing workplace incidents in complex production environments.
Education
Baccalauréat minimum; qualification in Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or Facility Management preferred (DESP, licence professionnelle EHS, or equivalent).
