Editorial Content Assistant Intern at Van Cleef & Arpels, Paris. 6-month internship in luxury jewelry communications starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the production, validation, and translation of editorial content, including press kits, catalogues, portfolios, client emails, website and social media content
- Participate in writing and proofreading texts in French and English, ensuring internal validation and French-to-English translation follow-up
- Maintain the general calendar of communications and publications
- Coordinate the layout of press kits, gathering necessary iconographic elements and managing briefs with external design agencies or freelance designers
- Actively support editorial coordination and final production checks (BAT) of press kits in collaboration with project managers
- Maintain and update the team's budget forecasts and ensure transmission of billing elements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Excellent French and English written communication skills with flawless grammar and spelling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and creative sensibility
- Proactive, open-minded, and detail-oriented mindset
Skills
Experience
Student with solid editorial and writing experience preferred. Familiarity with high jewelry and watchmaking sectors is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
