Editorial and Audiovisual Content Assistant internship at Cartier Foundation, Paris. Support content production for contemporary art exhibitions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate content requirements across internal teams and assist in drafting briefs for external creative partners
- Update tracking documentation and participate in content archiving in coordination with the Heritage team
- Review and verify deliverables; participate in content selection and rough-cut review processes
- Conduct thematic research in the Cartier Foundation archives to support future institutional content narratives
- Assist in the conception of communication and mediation materials (visitor guides, young audience guides, albums, invitations, signage) and digital content (newsletters, website)
- Prepare copy, coordinate with graphic design studios, and oversee proofreading for accuracy in spelling and typography
- Conduct iconographic research and request validation from partners
- Create or adapt graphic elements for press announcements, signage, and internal communications materials
- Monitor editorial trends, contemporary art news, and emerging creative agencies and photographers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in cinema/audiovisual, communication, media, or equivalent field of study
- Excellent written communication skills, including clarity, orthographic precision, and synthesizing ability
- Demonstrated rigor, reliability, and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Genuine interest in and knowledge of contemporary art and cultural initiatives
- Familiarity with design software, particularly Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, is valued
