Richemont — Paris: Editorial & Audiovisual Content Assistant (6-month internship) supporting editorial planning, video production and asset management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the editorial team in planning and producing written content for brand channels, including drafting copy, editing text and preparing editorial briefs.
- Assist in the conception and execution of audiovisual productions: prepare shoot schedules, coordinate talent and locations, operate or assist camera and sound teams, and log footage.
- Perform basic post-production tasks such as rough cuts, sequence assembly, colour correction, transcoding and preparing deliverables for social and web platforms.
- Manage and tag digital assets in the DAM/CMS, ensure correct metadata, maintain version control and organise media libraries for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, product teams) to ensure brand tone, rights clearance and delivery deadlines are met.
- Prepare subtitles/transcripts and adapt content formats for multi-channel distribution (social, e‑commerce, editorial platforms).
- Provide general administrative support to the content team: scheduling, expense tracking, meeting minutes and production documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in communications, journalism, film, multimedia production or a related discipline.
- Fluency in French with strong written editorial skills; working proficiency in English preferred.
- Familiarity with video production workflows and basic post-production techniques.
- Excellent organisational ability, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.

Internship-level role; previous internships, academic projects or freelance experience in editorial content, video production or multimedia storytelling is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate a portfolio of written work or audiovisual projects where possible.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Film/Media Production, Multimedia or related field.
