Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Online Retail Operations Coordinator in Tokyo, Japan. Manage e-commerce orders, inventory, and SAP systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all web and phone orders with an anticipative mindset, including sales, shipment, returns, exchanges, delivery issues, special client requests, and complaints through contact with key online retail stakeholders
- Arrange stock transfers between e-boutique and physical boutiques; escalate stock shortage requests to the supply chain team
- Act as SAP key user: report system issues and perform testing for software releases
- Support the implementation of new IT tools, processes, and projects to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and/or experience in e-commerce logistics, order management, and e-commerce systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with structured problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Native-level Japanese and intermediate reading/writing proficiency in English
