Ecommerce Operations Coordinator at Richemont Singapore: manage order fulfillment, inventory, and digital logistics for luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily ecommerce order processing, fulfillment workflows, and shipment logistics across regional distribution centers
- Monitor inventory levels and synchronize stock data across multiple ecommerce platforms and warehousing systems
- Liaise between merchandising, finance, and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies and operational bottlenecks
- Track key performance indicators including order accuracy, delivery timelines, and system uptime for regional ecommerce operations
- Support system maintenance, testing, and optimization of ecommerce platforms and order management tools
- Prepare operational reports and analytics for regional leadership on fulfillment performance and process improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations or order fulfillment management
- Strong proficiency with ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and inventory software
