Cartier (Richemont) seeks an Ecommerce Analyst in New York to optimize the online order journey through analytics, system monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Excel and Looker to track KPIs across the order lifecycle, including conversion rates, fulfillment rates, delivery performance, and return rates
- Leverage GA4 to monitor site performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to inform strategic business decisions
- Own weekly and monthly reporting cycles, preparing comprehensive performance summaries with clear identification of trends, anomalies, and recommended actions
- Proactively monitor backend platforms (SFCC, Fluent OMS, SAP) to identify bugs, system errors, and performance issues impacting customer or operational experience
- Utilize AI-powered monitoring tools such as Noibu to track and manage ongoing site health
- Monitor ticket progress in JIRA, coordinate with development teams, and escalate blockers to ensure timely issue resolution
- Attend sprint reviews with development teams and facilitate regular check-ins between business and technical stakeholders
- Serve as the primary market contact for day-to-day operational and technical issues
- Lead quality assurance processes during deployments, system updates, and site enhancements, validating that changes perform as expected across the order journey
- Develop and maintain QA checklists and testing protocols to ensure consistent quality standards across releases
- Flag regression issues and coordinate with development teams to triage, prioritize, and resolve defects within agreed timelines
- Serve as a cross-functional point of contact in support of the E-Commerce Manager on client experience and UI/UX improvement initiatives
- Manage project administration for site and order journey enhancements, including maintaining timelines, scheduling meetings, gathering cross-functional feedback, and preparing stakeholder synopses
- Leverage order journey and site analytics to identify UX friction points and recommend specific enhancements to improve client experience
- Gather, synthesize, and document requirements for site and order journey enhancements using analytics tools, cross-functional feedback, and client survey data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, analytics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
- Experience with or strong aptitude for learning Looker and GA4
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project/issue tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling takeaways for diverse audiences

Experience
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, analytics, or a closely related field. Experience in luxury retail or premium brand e-commerce environments is advantageous.
