Role & Responsibilities
- Represent A. Lange & Söhne in Richemont-led eBusiness projects, ensuring consistent coordination and successful execution
- Coordinate and support system implementations and platform releases
- Serve as the primary operational contact for A. Lange & Söhne in Richemont-led and in-house eBusiness operations to ensure smooth platform functionality
- Act as main contact person for markets regarding eBusiness-related topics and support
- Proactively identify and execute potential enhancements within the A. Lange & Söhne eBusiness landscape
- Support various projects outside the eBusiness context with strong technical and systems-driven expertise
- Provide eCommerce-related performance reports and management presentations
Qualifications
- University degree (M.Sc., B.Sc.) in business administration, business IT, digital business, or eCommerce
- First experiences in the eCommerce business
- Strong passion for management of technically-focused projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, and Microsoft Projects
- High affinity for business-relevant tools including MS Excel, Power BI with DAX functions, SAP BW or Google Looker, and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of numbers and interpretation of eCommerce KPIs
- Perseverant team player with strong ability to build positive working relationships across functional and hierarchical boundaries
- Willingness to learn the fine watchmaking business with diligence
- Fluent in German and English

Experience
First experience in eCommerce business operations and management of technical projects required. Experience with Richemont systems or luxury sector eCommerce operations is advantageous.

University degree (M.Sc., B.Sc.) in business administration, business IT, digital business, or eCommerce

The successful candidate will be located in Glashütte, Saxony, Germany, with easy access to Dresden.
