Richemont seeks an E‑Merchandising Intern in Meyrin, Switzerland to support digital merchandising, product data and online campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the e‑merchandising team in uploading and enriching product content across digital storefronts and product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Maintain and optimise online assortments, product attributes, taxonomy and metadata to maximise discoverability and conversion.
  • Execute routine CMS updates, create product pages and ensure visual assets meet brand standards and technical requirements.
  • Assist with campaign set‑up and merchandising calendars, including promotional pricing, product bundles and landing pages.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, SKU sell‑through) and produce regular reports to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams — e‑commerce, marketing, retail merchandising and operations — to ensure go‑to‑market readiness for launches.
  • Perform quality control on product feeds, imagery, pricing and stock information to guarantee online accuracy and brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Fashion Management, Digital Media or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to data‑driven tasks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury retail, digital commerce and brand presentation online.
  • Availability to work on‑site in Meyrin for the duration of the internship and eligibility to intern in Switzerland.
