Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital learning programmes and projects across Richemont’s corporate and maison audiences, from scoping and design through deployment and evaluation.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, content upload, user provisioning, testing and release coordination.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent & Learning, brand stakeholders and subject-matter experts to define learning objectives, audience segmentation and rollout plans.
- Oversee external suppliers and multimedia vendors — commission e-learning content, track milestones, control quality and manage budgets.
- Apply instructional design principles to translate business needs into engaging e-learning modules, blended journeys and microlearning assets.
- Define and monitor learning KPIs; produce regular reports and analytics to demonstrate impact and feed continuous improvement.
- Coordinate localisation and translation workflows to ensure timely, culturally appropriate delivery across markets.
- Maintain project documentation, risk registers and communication plans; ensure compliance with company standards and data-protection requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience managing e-learning or digital learning projects in a multinational corporate environment; luxury goods experience preferred.
- Proven experience administering an LMS and managing third-party content providers.
- Practical knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e-learning standards (SCORM/xAPI).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across HR, IT and business units.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or L&D credentials (ATD, CPTD) desirable.

Minimum three years’ experience delivering corporate e-learning projects or LMS implementations, with demonstrable success managing suppliers, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications or related field; advanced degree or professional L&D certification preferred.
