Piaget (Richemont) in Amsterdam seeks an E‑commerce Intern to support online merchandising, content and digital operations across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations for Piaget Europe, including product content creation, SKU maintenance and online catalogue updates.
  • Prepare and publish product pages, imagery and editorial content through the brand's CMS, ensuring accuracy of product data, pricing and availability.
  • Assist with digital merchandising activities: category placement, visual banners, cross‑sell/campaign execution and A/B tests.
  • Monitor site performance and traffic metrics, produce routine reports and translate data into actionable recommendations for conversion optimisation.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing, retail and CRM teams to align online assortments, launch schedules and promotional calendars.
  • Help troubleshoot customer order or site‑related issues with internal teams and external vendors to preserve a seamless client experience.
  • Contribute to localised content projects for European markets, ensuring consistency of tone and brand guidelines across languages and channels.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects such as inventory feeds, digital asset management, and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury goods, watches and jewellery and an understanding of premium client expectations.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with ability to analyse basic web metrics and present concise insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality when handling product information and assets.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across marketing, retail and technical teams.
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
