Montblanc seeks an E-Commerce Executive in Seoul to oversee e-retail operations, inventory, and customer service across digital channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-retail order processing and fulfillment across all e-commerce channels
- Monitor and troubleshoot API system issues with third-party retailers; execute manual order registration as needed
- Negotiate promotional opportunities and manage contracts with e-retail partners
- Coordinate logistics, including PLV order management and shipping materials (packaging, forms, product care documentation)
- Register new products for e-retailers with API configuration and product quality information updates
- Review daily sales records including margin analysis and return fees in collaboration with the Finance team
- Manage SAP and ISBA systems for returns and exchanges; validate returned products for repair, resale, or disposal
- Monitor inventory levels across channels and coordinate stock transfers with the Supply Chain Management team
- Develop and execute product assortment plans for all e-commerce channels
- Oversee e-BTQ website management including translation quality checks, visual data management, and error resolution
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns including banner development and content management for e-retailers
- Support customer service team with technical issue resolution via the RIC system and manage embossing/engraving logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of e-commerce operations or channel management experience
- Demonstrated experience with third-party e-retail platforms (SSG, Kakao giftshop, Naver preferred)
- Experience with e-boutique management and CMS systems
- Knowledge of payment gateways, e-commerce business platforms, and inventory management systems
- SAP experience preferred
Skills
Experience
3–5 years in e-commerce operations, channel management, or third-party retailer coordination. Prior experience with major Korean e-retail platforms (SSG, Kakao giftshop, Naver) and e-BTQ website management is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
