Richemont seeks an E-commerce Advisor (fixed-term) in Paris to support digital customer engagement and drive online sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customers through digital commerce channels with product recommendations and purchase guidance
- Respond to customer inquiries across e-commerce platforms with professional expertise
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and communicate brand values to online clientele
- Process customer transactions and ensure seamless digital buying experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital retail environments
