Watchfinder & Co. Paris: E-commerce Customer Advisor (contract). Drive watch sales and client acquisition across digital channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding watch purchases, sales, and exchanges across phone, email, and in-person channels
- Guide clients through the complete sales process, including post-purchase support and after-sales inquiries
- Negotiate pricing within defined parameters to optimize profit margins
- Follow up with clients who have received valuations to support inventory growth and acquisition
- Collaborate with logistics, service, and retail teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
- Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer acquisition
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or retail with demonstrated track record of meeting KPIs
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with client price discussions
- First experience in customer-facing roles, particularly phone and email communication
- Excellent organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong communication competencies enabling ease of interaction across diverse clientele

First successful experience in a sales or retail environment with demonstrated KPI achievement; prior exposure to customer relations via telephone and email communication.
Education
Secondary education minimum; retail, sales, or business qualification an asset.
