E-Commerce Administrator at Cartier North America in New York. Seasonal temporary position supporting holiday operations and order fulfillment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily e-commerce operations including order processing, stock transfer coordination, and order return and exchange processing
- Monitor Client Relations Center and e-commerce communication channels for inquiries and issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Relations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fraud, Sales Audit, and IT teams to ensure seamless order processing
- Perform daily website and order flow system checks, escalating technical issues and bugs as needed
- Monitor complete order flow across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and identify operational discrepancies
- Assist with administrative documentation, process tracking, and reporting for the e-commerce team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or merchandising operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with SAP and Salesforce systems strongly preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn new software applications rapidly
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills

Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in supply chain, merchandising, or e-commerce operations. Relevant experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or logistics coordination is preferred.
Education
