Richemont is hiring an E‑Business Manager (maternity cover) in Plan‑les‑Ouates, Switzerland — temporary role leading e‑commerce strategy and delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations for assigned maisons, ensuring site performance, product assortment and content quality across digital touchpoints.
- Define and execute online commercial strategy in collaboration with merchandising, marketing and wholesale teams to maximise conversion and average order value.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and CRM activations together with internal teams and external agencies to drive acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
- Oversee project delivery for site enhancements, UX improvements and third‑party integrations, coordinating IT, product and external partners to meet timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue, CAC, retention); translate data into prioritised optimisation plans.
- Own product merchandising online: taxonomy, content localisation, promotional strategy and launch readiness for new collections.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, ecommerce policies and regulatory requirements across targeted markets.
- Provide guidance and training to cross‑functional stakeholders on e‑commerce best practices and digital commercial processes.
Qualifications
- Proven e‑commerce or digital commerce experience within premium or luxury retail environments.
- Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, CRM and online merchandising.
- Strong project management capability with history of delivering cross‑functional digital initiatives on time and within scope.
- Analytical aptitude with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive responsibility in e‑commerce, digital commerce or online retail, ideally with experience in luxury or premium brand environments and managing cross‑functional digital programmes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or a related discipline; advanced or specialised training in e‑commerce or digital marketing is advantageous.
