Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as defined by management
  • Maintain order book and sales pipeline while providing timely client updates on order status, lead times, and product developments in partnership with management and local departments
  • Cultivate and nurture new and existing client relationships through organic and strategic clienteling campaigns
  • Partner with local management and corporate teams on CRM initiatives including product launches, events, seasonal outreach, and follow-up activities
  • Accurately capture and maintain client data for all prospects and current clients using CRM tools to build comprehensive client intelligence
  • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly client outreach plans in partnership with management
  • Achieve KPI goals for CRM metrics including data capture accuracy, targeted outreach campaigns, and client retention rates
  • Resolve client challenges with professionalism by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to Maison partners in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively across multiple channels with both local and global partners
  • Embrace digital tools that enhance the luxury selling experience including virtual selling and chat functionalities
  • Gather feedback and provide innovative insights to management on case-by-case scenarios
  • Ensure each client receives an exceptional level of customer service aligned with IWC brand values
  • Support all after-sales clients with helpful solutions and partner with customer service specialists to resolve escalated cases
  • Develop extensive knowledge of IWC's history, products, and partnerships to provide an exceptional selling experience
  • Maintain awareness of industry news and competitive positioning within the luxury timepiece sector

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment
  • General knowledge of the timepiece industry is required
  • College degree is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor
  • Skilled in resolving disputes and managing disagreements effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
