Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, personalised client service across e‑commerce channels (email, phone, chat and social inquiries) for German‑speaking clients.
- Manage the full online sales cycle: advise clients, process orders, coordinate logistics, monitor fulfilment and handle returns or after‑sales requests.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships using clienteling techniques and the CRM system, identifying opportunities for retention and up‑sell.
- Collaborate with inventory, logistics and in‑store teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery and a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge for assigned maisons and communicate brand positioning, provenance and product details accurately to clients.

Qualifications
