Richemont seeks a French‑speaking E‑Boutique Client Advisor in Amsterdam to provide personalised online client service for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to French‑speaking clients via e‑commerce channels (email, live chat, phone and social messaging).
  • Manage the end‑to‑end online client journey: order placement, after‑sales support, returns/exchanges and shipment follow‑up.
  • Maintain and enrich client records using CRM tools and clienteling best practices to nurture long‑term relationships.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales and merchandising teams to resolve stock availability, delivery exceptions and client enquiries.
  • Achieve individual and team service KPIs, including response times, client satisfaction and conversion/retention metrics.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or e‑commerce client service (typically 2+ years preferred).
  • Strong clienteling sensibility: empathy, discretion and a consultative sales approach appropriate to premium clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities concurrently.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems; meticulous attention to accuracy when handling orders and client data.
