Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultancy to clients through digital channels, including live chat, video consultations, and email
- Facilitate product discovery and curate selections aligned with individual client preferences and purchase history
- Process transactions and manage post-sale services including returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the portfolio and communicate unique selling propositions effectively
