Richemont Watch Case Technician in Munich, Germany. Precision dismantling and assembly of luxury timepieces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Disassemble watch cases and bracelets with precision, extracting movements and carefully removing crowns and pushers from timepieces across Richemont brands
- Prepare watch cases and bracelets for assembly by mounting components according to strict quality standards and manufacturing specifications
- Precisely glue and set watch crystals, crowns, and pushers to establish a perfect foundation for final atelier work
- Perform repairs on watch cases and bracelets to ensure product longevity and maintain value
- Document all work accurately and efficiently in SAP systems, managing job orders and tracking progress
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility throughout all tasks
- Collaborate with atelier teams and other technicians in a precision-focused environment
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship or vocational training in precision mechanics, fine watchmaking, or a related skilled trade
- Practical experience in dismantling and assembling high-end watch cases and bracelets
- Exceptional observational accuracy and fine manual dexterity
- Demonstrated sense of aesthetics and appreciation for luxury craftsmanship
- Customer and service orientation with commitment to quality in all tasks
- Reliable team player capable of working collaboratively in a precision-driven environment
Skills
Experience
Practical experience in dismantling and assembly of high-end watch cases and bracelets is preferred, though candidates demonstrating equivalent fine mechanical skills will be considered. Prior experience working with luxury watch movements or in precision manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Education
Completed apprenticeship or vocational training in precision mechanics, fine watchmaking, horological repair, or a comparable technical qualification is required.
