Role & Responsibilities
- Manually engrave and prepare writing instruments and jewelry components with precision and artisanal care
- Assist specialists in setting up, testing, and validating new products and manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Operate advanced equipment and machinery, making precise technical adjustments to achieve superior quality and productivity outcomes
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform emergency repairs on complex equipment; execute preventive maintenance routines to minimize operational downtime
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to recurring manufacturing inefficiencies and process bottlenecks
