Richemont seeks Director of Wholesale in New York to lead wholesale strategy, drive brand growth, and manage team across luxury jewelry and accessories portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze, manage, and drive all business aspects by client, category, channel, and store
  • Create, analyze, and interpret reporting to develop and execute strategic actions driving sell-in and sell-out
  • Ensure key strategic brand objectives are cascaded and executed across online and physical retail environments
  • Develop, manage, and negotiate open-to-buy budgets to meet company sales targets
  • Proactively manage sales and inventory throughout the network to optimize revenue and margin
  • Cultivate active relationships with general merchandise managers, divisional merchandise managers, buyers, planners, store leadership, and dedicated sales staff
  • Present collections to market and oversee order processing for core, fashion, and reorder requirements
  • Lead the wholesale team and manage dedicated sales staff programs
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive wholesale business execution across all channels
  • Present business performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership on a regular basis

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of applicable experience in luxury fashion or related field
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and retail mathematics
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Efficient, agile approach to changing priorities
  • Domestic and International travel up to 30% required
