Richemont seeks a Director, Talent Management & Mobility in New York to lead global talent, leadership development and mobility programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global talent management strategy aligned with executive priorities, including leadership development, succession planning and high-potential programmes.
  • Design, govern and continuously improve the global mobility framework — policies, assignments, compensation structures, immigration and tax compliance for expatriate populations.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR country heads to translate talent priorities into workforce plans, role architectures and targeted development interventions.
  • Lead talent assessment processes (calibration, succession slates, assessment centres) and deploy people analytics to inform decision-making and measure programme impact.
  • Manage external suppliers and vendors (relocation, immigration, tax advisory, assessment providers) and oversee related budgets and SLAs.
  • Sponsor change management and communication for major talent initiatives and provide coaching to senior leaders on talent decisions and mobility matters.
  • Ensure governance, policy compliance and consistent employee experience across regions, while tailoring solutions to local legal and cultural contexts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; advanced degree or recognised HR qualification preferred.
  • Extensive senior HR experience (typically 10+ years) with a minimum of 5 years leading talent management and global mobility programmes in a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrable track record in designing and implementing leadership development, succession and mobility solutions at scale.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and matrix leadership; ability to influence at executive level.
  • Familiarity with immigration, expatriate tax considerations and vendor ecosystem for global relocation.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; a master’s degree or professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
