Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global store network strategy, including growth, relocation and refurbishment programmes to meet brand positioning and financial targets.
- Lead site identification and selection, feasibility analysis, lease negotiation input and finalisation in collaboration with legal and real estate advisors.
- Own capital expenditure planning and budgeting for new openings and store renewals; monitor costs, timelines and ROI across projects.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for store construction and fit-out, coordinating internal stakeholders (design, visual merchandising, operations, procurement) and external partners (architects, contractors, vendors).
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards, FF&E specifications and store planning guidelines across regions while accommodating local regulatory and market requirements.
- Develop and maintain templated store footprints, space-planning models and cost benchmarks; provide scenario modelling for network optimisation.
- Implement risk management and compliance processes for site safety, permits and local statutory requirements.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team; set performance objectives, develop talent and manage external consultant relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in retail store development, real estate or construction at a director or senior manager level within luxury or premium retail.
- Demonstrable track record negotiating commercial leases and managing landlord/landlord‑agent relationships.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in CapEx budgeting, P&L impact analysis and project cost control.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across design, operations and commercial teams.
- Ability to travel internationally and operate effectively across multiple markets and regulatory environments.

Experience
Approximately 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in retail real estate, store development, construction project management or related fields, including several years in a leadership role delivering multi-market retail rollouts or flagship projects. Luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or relevant professional certification preferred.
