Richemont seeks a Director of Retail Operations in New York to lead boutique operations, drive commercial performance, and ensure brand excellence across the retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all retail operations across assigned territories and boutique network
- Drive operational excellence and consistency in store performance and customer experience standards
- Develop and implement retail strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives
- Lead and mentor retail management team and support regional leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and sales targets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in luxury retail operations or equivalent management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading retail teams and achieving commercial targets
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and client service excellence
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate corporate objectives into regional execution
Skills
Experience
Over 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail operations, retail management, or equivalent senior leadership roles within the fashion, jewelry, watches, or ultra-luxury sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Fashion Retail, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
