Role & Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including boutiques, department heads, headquarters, and group leadership to drive collaborative innovation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create industry-specific solutions that address Maison-specific requirements
- Contribute to the evolution of the retail technology strategic roadmap by sharing local perspectives and executing updates in alignment with retail operations and business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor providing thought leadership on navigating local industry disruptions and capitalizing on emerging opportunities
- Maintain deep expertise on industry developments, competitor retail systems, and applications solutions
- Oversee the local lifecycle of retail technology projects with emphasis on implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization

- Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and refine offerings for scalability and excellence

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in retail technology
- 6+ years in a leadership or management position
- Proven track record of delivering digital transformation or innovation initiatives from concept through execution

- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred)
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
