Richemont seeks a Director of Security in London to lead UK-wide security operations and asset protection for the luxury retail company.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies aligned with Richemont's global standards and UK regulatory requirements
  • Oversee all security operations including physical security, surveillance systems, access control, and threat assessment across UK locations
  • Lead, manage, and train security personnel to ensure consistent adherence to protocols and best practices
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures
  • Collaborate with retail operations, supply chain, and corporate functions to integrate security into business processes
  • Manage security budgets and vendor relationships for technology, personnel, and services

Qualifications
