Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of UK security structure, organization, and processes with Richemont Group Physical Security requirements and local legal compliance
• Develop and implement comprehensive Physical Security procedures localized for retail back office operations and General Security Operating Procedures (GSOPs)
• Maintain liaison with Richemont Europe Physical Security and foster collaboration among Group functions, local brands, and external security suppliers
• Develop and implement procedures to prevent fraud and theft with robust corrective action follow-up
• Oversee compliance management program and conduct Physical Security audits across all locations
• Conduct thorough internal and external investigations pertaining to incidents of fraud, theft, and accidents
• Ensure all boutiques adhere to Richemont Security Boutique Directives and oversee regular security audits
• Develop and implement comprehensive security training programs for boutique and all relevant staff
• Develop security concepts for new boutiques and renovation projects aligned with Risk Guidelines and validate security specifications
• Manage security requirements and localize procedures for head offices, Regional Collection and Storage (RCS) platforms, and warehouses
• Coordinate and oversee security concepts for corporate events in alignment with Group directives
• Evaluate and monitor external security supplier quality through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and peer security departments
• Ensure strict adherence to internal directives governing cash and valuable transportation
• Define security measures for staff protection and deliver training on risk mitigation for international and domestic travellers
• Lead the UK Incident Management Team and apply Group and Regional incident management directives and policies
• Manage and develop the Security team encompassing recruitment, induction, task delegation, performance management, and tailored development plans
• Manage and optimize the Security and Safety budget under direct responsibility
• Identify opportunities for organizational efficiency and undertake integration projects as required

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline
• Extensive background in broad-spectrum security program management responsibilities within multinational organizations
• Minimum three years of demonstrated successful experience in a comparable Security Director or equivalent role
• Profound knowledge of physical security standards, processes, and compliance frameworks
• Comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations pertaining to physical security
• Membership and active participation in pertinent industry associations
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing outsourced operations

Skills

Experience

Extensive background encompassing a broad spectrum of security program management responsibilities within a multinational organizational context. Demonstrated successful experience in a comparable role for a minimum of three years, preferably within the luxury goods or high-value retail sector.

Education

University degree in a relevant discipline, such as Security Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field. Commitment to continuous professional development through active membership in industry associations is expected.
